The Cone-an O'Brien ... Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes

With hair reminiscent of Coco's coif, these cupcake-in-an-ice-cream-cone goodies were a popular treat at a BBQ last summer.  Traditional vanilla cupcakes topped with chocolate ganache frosting, nonpareils and fresh raspberries.  These bitter NYC winter days makes me long for warm summer afternoons spent outside enjoying delicious treats ... c'mon summer, get here now!
