A portion of the "TV dinner" cupcake foursome (fried chicken cupcake, peas-n-carrots cupcake, mashed potato cupcake, traditional chocolate cupcake - Google TV dinner cupcakes to get full effect!!!), I baked these adorable cupcakes for my friend's birthday. She loves fried chicken, but rarely deviates from her healthy lifestyle to indulge. This was the perfect way to celebrate her special day.
